1. Services & quotes

Requesting a quote is free and non-binding. A project starts only after you approve a written quote/scope on call or WhatsApp. The homepage design preview shared within ~48 hours is a draft for approval, not the finished site.

2. Pricing & payments

• Websites start at ₹15,000 one-time (Launch). Business sites from ₹29,999, commerce & custom from ₹59,999 — fixed in a written quote before work begins.
• 50% advance to begin, 50% on launch. UPI, cards and bank transfer accepted.
• Optional maintenance available after launch (quoted separately). You own the site 100% after full payment.
• You buy the domain in your own name (roughly ₹1–1.5k/year) and point it to us.

3. Timelines

Typical delivery: launch sites 7 days, business 10–14 days, commerce & custom 21–30 days from advance + content received. Delays caused by pending content, feedback or third-party services (domain, payments) extend timelines fairly.

4. Your responsibilities

• Share accurate business details, services, photos and logo you have rights to use.
• Review drafts and give consolidated feedback within 3 days per round.
• Two design revision rounds are included; major scope changes are quoted separately.

5. Maintenance & handover

Optional maintenance is quoted separately and can be cancelled anytime with a month's notice. After full payment the site and its files are 100% yours; we hand everything over on request.

6. Ownership

After full payment, the website design and content we created for you are yours. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Stock images, fonts and third-party plugins remain under their own licences.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful, misleading or infringing content. We may suspend work or service for non-payment or misuse after reasonable notice.

8. Warranties & liability

We build fast, tested, mobile-first sites, but cannot guarantee rankings, ad results or uninterrupted third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project.
